Dalits and Norm Entrepreneurship on Caste-based Discrimination (Dr. Corinne Lennox, Institute of Commonwealth Studies, University of London, 2010). This paper was presented by Dr. Lennox at the IDSN Council Meeting in Geneva, March 2010. It shows how caste-affected groups have managed to secure international recognition of their concerns by building a strong transnational advocacy network.
